my boyfriend and I came to this spot late night after work and we were very hungry. One of his friends recommended the spot and we decided to check it out. It was only a 10 minute drive from where we were so we decided to give it a try I wish that we knew that we had to order in advance because although the wait time was sort of long, the food was good. we got the chicken quesadilla (hard shell taco) which were really good and we decided to try the torta with tinga which honestly I wish I just got another order of tacos instead, the torta wasn’t bad. I just expected better and for the wait I feel like it should’ve been better. We also got the guacamole and chips which honestly wasn’t bad. The chips needed salt and the guacamole was made fresh but they didn’t smash it enough. There was still chunks of avocado in it. It was still pretty good though it tasted very fresh which I appreciate. overall, I would definitely come back but only get the chicken quesadilla, which is what they are known for and I would call to place my order in advance because the wait time was not it especially coming after work and you’re super hungry.

amazing food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ its definitely worth all the hype on social media, pull up 😍🔥 my order was 3 quesadilla tacos: 1 chicken, 1 steak & 1 shrimp, & also 4 flautas (2 cheese flautas & 2 chicken flautas) I recommend ordering this

I live close by and have gotten take out a few times. Like others, I really dig their “quesadillas” (really hard shell tacos with cheese on the bottom). I also like their various breakfast platters (see picture). The arbol salsa is also spectacular… However…some things here are not spectacular. As others have noted, their regular tacos are lackluster in no small part due to the piles of shredded iceburg lettuce they throw on top. Also some of the meats are kind of gross. Both the Al Pastor and chicken tacos were much wetter/sloppier than expected, tasted low quality, were in huge chunks, and had no evidence of being warmed up on a grill or flattop. I’ve had much better luck with just beans, chorizo and potato, and chicken tinga—-so I would recommend sticking to fillings where grilled meat is not the star (no chicken, no pastor, no steak, etc.)
